    We truly enjoyed good hot breakfasts!

    Had comfortable stay for 2 nights, the staff were understanding, location was unbeatable close to Hershey everything. The room was quiet and exceptionally clean with bathroom as well as new mattresses, had the best night sleep.

    Overall it was a nice stay on vacation. The room was convenient & cool, except for the mirror in the bathroom. The staff was amicable and wonderful all the time. Delicious food in the attached restaurant was the best part. Liked our stay.

    Convenient location near attractions.

    Our room had a major issue with the toilet. It was clogged upon our arrival, causing a very inconvenient situation. Despite contacting the staff multiple times for help, they didn't offer us another room or more assistance, forcing us to rush to the public restroom downstairs. The lack of urgency from the staff added to our frustration.

    The staff was really friendly, especially the gentleman at check-in. The beds were super comfy, perfect after a long day. The location was ideal and having a fridge in the room helped a lot during the heatwave. Plus, the outdoor pool was a fantastic bonus!

    The rooms are definitely outdated. An update would improve the experience.
